Our knife Configurator gives you the freedom to customize your dream knife. Choose from our different knife shapes and decide what metal and material, and soon you’ll be holding your very own finely crafted knife, designed by you, and created by us! If you have any unanswered questions, you can always contact the knife maker personally to guide you through your knife purchase.
Stainless Steel N690
Stainless steel is easy to care for and doesn’t rust. There is an invisible layer on the steel which is made out of a high chromium content which prevents corrosion. Please note that stainless steel doesn’t hold its sharpness as long as carbon steel and is harder to sharpen. If you plan on taking your knife outdoors - in particular to moist areas and you don’t mind sharpening the knife regularly then this is the ideal metal for your needs.
Carbon Steel O1
Carbon steel rusts and needs to be cared for. It has to be kept dry and needs to be rubbed in with oil for a protective coating. In comparison to stainless steel, carbon steel is easier to sharpen and gets sharper in general. If you need a razor sharp blade and don’t mind caring for your knife, then this steel is made for you.
Steel 26C3
26C3 is a high carbon, very clean, fine grained steel, capable of high hardness and holding very fine edges which makes this steel suited to kitchen knives.

Kydex Sheath Black
Kydex is a thermoplastic material and is known for its great stability and hardness. If you purchase a kydex sheath with your knife, you will have a secure place to carry your knife with you. Your knife will snap into place which prevents losing it. A kydex sheath is made to fit your knife perfectly and keeps it dry.
